Director of Music
Chris has been singing ever since the fourth grade, when he was a boy soprano in the choir at St. Catherine of Siena parish in Norwood, MA. He has sung ever since then, most notably in the Chorale at the University of Notre Dame, and as a member of the Dallas Symphony Chorus for eight years, where he met his lovely bride. Chris has been privileged to sing under the batons of such notable conductors as Andrew Litton, Richard Hickox, Claus Peter Flor, Andrew McGill and Zubin Mehta.
His lifelong love of choral singing led him to happily accept the position of Director of Music here at St. Catherine’s in December of 2005. Since that time, he has encouraged young singers in the children’s choir to embrace the rich tradition of Catholic choral singing. He has also instituted the new tradition of sacred choral concerts here at the parish. In 2013, he was awarded his Master’s degree in Theology with a concentration in Biblical Studies from Seton Hall Universit
